2015 Registration Dates

Saturday March 21st- 9am- Noon-Room 5
Saturday April 11- 9am to Noon- Room 1
Final Registration-Wednesday May 13-5pm-7pm-Room 5

All registrations will take place at Doelger Center, 101 Lake Merced Blvd., Daly City 94015

Registration Fee-$75.00 per player (cash or check)
This fee includes uniform, trophy, a basic photo package, insurance and 3 months of soccer!
Register early and save money!
After May 13th the registration fee will be $105.00 per player
Last day of registration will be June 25
Limited scholarships available.

First Time Players
Please bring proof of age (birth certificate)
-players 8 years old and over, bring a passport size photo
