Coaches - A few items to provide an update to you as coaches. They are:

1. Attached is the planned team name usage for the fall season for our rec programs through 12YOs. We will provide a shirt and cap for all players and three coach shirts and caps per team. The name on the front will be a one color text as the number on the back will be a one color. Some of the colors look a little different in the picture as opposed to actual. For example, the navy color on the shirt on the attached does not reflect the true color. This has also been posted under the

2. We will have an open team scheduling meeting (& rules review) for 12YO and under on Sunday, 7/27 at 6:30PM. The intent of this meeting is to determine a scheduling plan for each group including any desired cross league scheduling games. Coaches would be responsible for any cross league scheduling but I can help. As a reminder, each team will be provided 12 games. When you do cross league scheduling, games at home count as two games since we are paying for both sides of the umpire fees. As such, you need to schedule cross-league games as home and away. There is a lot of scheduling flexibility.

3. We will have an open team scheduling meeting at 13YO and above on Sunday, 8/10 at 6PM. That still needs to be coordinated with other leagues so this is tentative.

4. Games start on 8/23 for baseball although 13YO and older may start later since their play continues until the end of October. As an fyi, softball starts on 9/2.

5. Rules review schedules have yet to be set but are being worked.
